Sprint Working on Local Tower Problem

If Sprint is your mobile carrier and your calls aren't going through lately, take comfort in the fact it's not just you. 

A Marlborough Patch reader inquired about recent service problems. Patch put the question to Sprint spokesman Mark Elliot, who said the carrier is working on the issue. 

"There are two towers in Marlborough that are causing disruption in cell service for some customers in the area," Elliot said. "We are aware of the problem, and our engineers are engaged in fixing it as soon as possible."

The company could not provide a more specific time frame for fixing the issue.
