Vandalism; OUI Arrest; Crash With Injuries: Marlborough Police Log

• At 1:05 a.m., police pulled a vehicle over on Boston Post Road East. Janderson O. Tavares, 31, 688 Boston Post Road East, Apt. 310, Marlborough, was arrested and charged with OUI, improper changing of lanes, negligent operation of a motor vehicle
• At 1:18 a.m., vandalism was reported, 102 Liberty St.
• At 4:31 p.m., reports of an erratic driver were called into police, who pulled the driver over at 763 Steven St. Michael T. O’Neill, 66, 23 Richard Road, Marlborough, was arrested and charged with OUI, leaving the scene of property damage
• At 6:34 p.m., police responded to reports of fraud, 46 Summit Ave.

Monday, Oct. 19

• At 12:28 a.m., police responded to reports of a disturbance, Mobil on the Run
• At 6:48 a.m., a car accident with injuries occurred at 85 Bolton St.
