Wanted- Cyclists for Rail Trail Bike rides for fun, fitness and MS awareness with Team Acara.

Have a bike? Want to have fun and ride? Join Team Acara for Rail Trail rides. Informational Meeting Friday May 1 at Earthsong Yoga Studio.

Spring has sprung! Time to get outside and enjoy! Cycling is a wonderful way to get out, get to know your community and feel great. Cycling is the most energy efficient form of transportation.

We will be riding the Assebet Rail Trail to start, and then move to some local road riding. Rides range from 5-20 miles. All levels of riders welcome and wanted! We will start off slow with shorter distances and gradually work our way into longer rides. Gail Cannon will provide basic bike maintenance education, group cycling tips and ride safety training. Always wanted to ride with a group- this is for you! If you want, you can join Team Acara and ride in the Bike MS event on July 18 in Concord MA. This is a 25 miles ride through historic Concord MA.

Get up, get off the couch and get pedaling! All levels are welcome. All you need is a bike, whether it is a mountain bike, cruiser, road bike or one you had in High School. If it has tires, working brakes, and rolls forward, it should work. Helmets are required on all rides.
