In praise of his experience there, class of '13 member Eli Dagostino — already well-launched on his professional photography career — told MV Patch last December:

"I have supportive teachers. Plain and simple, I attend a school that understands I have a busy schedule and that my focus is my career over my education. I would NEVER have gotten to where I am today without the full support I receive from my teachers at The Martha's Vineyard Public Charter School."

The largest class in the school's history celebrated its graduation Sunday afternoon, reports the Vineyard Gazette.

Former Martha's Vineyard Patch editor Mathea Morais gave the commencement address.
