EDGARTOWN, MA — Edgartown police are issuing a public warning to those who use the Katama Boat Ramp — move your trailers or they will be moved for you.

Police said they are working with the Massachusetts Environmental Police to keep the boat ramp accessible to all. But trailers that are being left there night after night are causing congestion and will be towed at the owner's expense.

"If you, or someone you know is keeping a trailer parked at this location for longer then a day, it is time to move it," Edgartown police said. "Please share this post and help us get the word out."
