Noted writing coach Nancy Slonim Aronie, director of the Chilmark Writing Workshop, will conduct a three-session workshop for aspiring writers at the Chilmark Public Library. Writing From The Heart: Finding Your Own Voice is a workshop that is nurturing for the beginning writer and a jump-start for the burnt-out professional. Dates are March 23, April 6 and April 20. Writers are asked to plan to attend all three sessions - attendance at session 2 and 3 will be limited to people who were present at session 1.

"What I know I can do is create a safe place for writers to write,” says Ms. Aronie. "And if you feel safe, you can do anything. You mine for gold and you find gold.
