The Community Development Block Grant Program details will be presented by The Resource, Inc, on Tuesday, November 29th, from 6 to 7:30pm, in the Program Room of the Vineyard Haven Public Library. These grants are available to income-qualified homeowners who need home repairs and childcare subsidies.
