Come to our kitchen where we will teach you the secrets of using locally-sourced food incorporating the flavors of North Africa. Learn about the flavors of fragrant waters and spices while we prepare a meal using produce that is harvested the same day.

The cuisine of North Africa is a sensual feast. It is a carnival of flavors, perfumes and colors.
