Cooking Through Cultures: Yankee Cooking

In collaboration with Adult and Community Education of Martha's Vineyard, the Museum gives you the opportunity to explore culture through cuisine.

Learn traditional Yankee cooking from Leslie Floyd as she prepares a dish unique to her New England roots. Leslie Floyd is the Food Services Director for the Martha’s Vineyard Public Schools. A resident of Chappaquiddick, Leslie enjoys sharing her food knowledge and recipes with people all the time and focuses on using local ingredients as much as possible.

$35 (plus a $10 material fee that goes to the instructor). Sign up for the series of five classes for $135, and save $40. Museum members, MVYPS staff, and seniors, take an additional 10% off on the series or each class. Bring a container for leftovers.
