We will begin our day on a farm in Chilmark, gathering eggs, salad greens and mushrooms. We will learn about organic farming and growing and how one family makes their living here on Martha’s Vineyard. We will gather and pick our lunch. The tour will be followed by lunch where you will learn about some fun egg recipes like soufflé and meringue.
The menu will specifically reflect what we harvest that morning.
