Knit a beautiful shawl for a hospital in Ethiopia. This project was inspired by the PBS documentary "A Walk to Beautiful." All levels are welcome from novice knitters to experts. Basic instruction is available.
Bring size 13 or size 15 needles. Yarn was generously donated by Jan Paul of Heath Hen Yarn and Quilt Shop, Vineyard Haven. If you plan to bring your own yarn the project requires: worsted weight or larger, bright colors only, and washable, 400 to 700 yards.
