The 20th annual Harbor Festival will take place at the Oak Bluffs harbor from noon until 5 p.m.
Over 40 local artists, craftsmen, antique dealers, non-profit organizations and vendors will offer an array of baked goods, raffles and information about their causes.
Nancy’s Restaurant & Snack Bar will feature live music from the Beetlebung Steel Band (12 to 2 p.m.), Phil “PhilyD” daRosa (2 to 3 p.m.) and Johnny Hoy and the Bluefish (3 to 5 p.m.).
