Photography Salon hosted by Michael Johnson

Summer 2012 Featherstone’s Tuesday evening photographers salon will continue to inform and enlighten the Martha’s Vineyard community by bringing a wide range of talented and traveled photographic artists to display and speak about their work and the creative forces behind it. Photographic artists spanning many backgrounds, styles, techniques and mediums will present. Taking a page from the artists salons of old these evenings are interactive community driven events where fellow artists and the public are invited to be involved in the discussion and critique. There is time given after the main presentation for “mini presentations” by emerging and youth artists.
