The Tisbury Business Association is sponsoring Trick or Treat and Costume Parade on Monday, October 31st, from 3:30 to 5pm, on Main Street in Vineyard Haven!
Trick or Treat where posters are displayed; take part in the Costume Parade (starts at the Mansion House at 3:30pm) and visit the Waterside Market after the parade for refreshments! Don't forget to bring your cameras!
