The 16th annual Vineyard Artisans Labor Day Festival will take place at the Agricultural Hall in West Tisbury from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Vendors will display their wares and crafts for sale. A $2 entrance fee benefits Martha’s Vineyard Regional High School scholarships.
