Spirit Moves You Yoga Teacher Training for Educators
In this comprehensive training course, led by experienced Kripalu yoga instructors, students will learn the sacred arts, skills and responsibilities of being a yoga teacher and translating the practice into our schools to create a safe environment for learning. Training includes posture alignment, breathing techniques, and anatomy and physiology as it relates to yoga.
Earn up to 200 PDPs and 5-15 college credits through Fitchburg State University.
Three trimester sessions: Part I: 9 Saturdays 10/6-12/8/12; Part II: 9 Saturdays 12/15-3/16/13; Part III: 11 Saturdays 3/23 -6/15/13
