The Massachusetts Democratic Party Platform called for an all out war on fossil fuels using commercial wind turbines as their weapon of choice.

-- Politicians and News Editors made a massive health and finacial fiasco following a wind turbine agenda of former Governor Deval Patrick who may have used a fake email sally.reynolds@state.ma.us- to avoid FOIA requests

The choice has been changed to other sources of renewable energy that don’t take health and property rights thanks to Falmouth Select Board Member Mary Pat Flynn ( D ) Democrat -Falmouth, Massachusetts.

Massachusetts Residents Ask Why They Are Losing Their Property Rights and Have to Suffer Health Effects of the Commercial Wind Turbines.

The answer is simple: Massachusetts Democratic Party Platform “Climate Crisis”

The Massachusetts Democratic Party has declared war on fossil fuels. The local democratic party leaders consider the people living around the wind turbines as collateral damage. The party agenda calls for a minority of residents to give up their health and constitutional property rights with NO compensation for the good of the party.

Massachusetts has a renewable energy goal of 2000 megawatts of renewable energy by the year 2020.

“Massachusetts Democrats recognize that climate change is real and is already causing disruption and destruction to our property and our lives. The melting of polar ice caps, increased numbers and severity of storms, increased drought and flooding are all changes we cannot ignore. We understand that these changes are a direct result of human activity, primarily green house gas emissions from burning fossil fuels including coal, oil and natural gas. We understand that the resulting Climate Crisis requires prioritized attention and action on the scale equivalent to a major war. “

Falmouth Zoning Board of Appeals is in the process of reviewing Wind Turbine Special Permit 240 -166 for two illegally built commercial wind turbines

Mary L. (Pat) Flynn of Falmouth, the representative from the Barnstable County Board of County Commissioners, voted in favor of the new wind turbine regulations for the Cape Cod Commision .

Mary Pat Flynn is also a member of the Falmouth Select Board.

The new CCC regulations establishes for all turbines of 660 kilowatt (KW) capacity or greater a noise setback of 10 times the diameter of the turbine blades, as measured from the base to the nearest receptor -- defined as any occupied residential or commercial property -- or residentially zoned parcel.
The Cape Cod Commision recommendation puts commercial wind turbines at a setback between 2600 and 3000 feet from residential homes. The Falmouth wind turbines,1.65 megawatts each, are three times the size of the 660 kilowatt model used by the Cape Cod Commision.

The determination by the Cape Cod Commision to introduce larger setbacks of up to 3000 feet in the model bylaw was based partly on the Vestas Health and Saftey instructions or what are called quality health and environmental policy. The setbacks in the instructions speak of minimum set backs of 1650 feet and further.

The public has never seen the proper Vestas engineering standards, specifications and mechanics used to install the two town owned wind turbines.

We do know the Town of Falmouth hid information about the 110 decibels of noise from the turbines that led to the health and saftey issues around the turbines.

Everyone invloved in the Falmouth Vestas wind turbine project was aware these turbines were twice as loud as the General Electric wind turbines
