Hillary Clinton Headed to Cape Cod for Fundraisers

PROVINCETOWN, MA — Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton is headed to Cape Cod for a pair of fundraisers later this month.

On Sun., Aug. 21, Clinton will be in Provincetown for a "summer celebration fundraiser" at Pilgrim Monument, her campaign confirmed. On Sat., Aug. 20, Clinton will be in Nantucket for a fundraiser at the home of former Portugal ambassador Elizabeth Bagley, according to the Inquirer and Mirror.

Tickets for the Provincetown event range from $2,700 to $27,000. Tickets for the Nantucket event range from $1,000 to $27,000, the Inquirer reported.

This coming Saturday, Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump will be in Barnstable for a fundraiser at the home of Bill Koch. Tickets start at $2,700 and go all the way up to $100,000.

Also on Saturday, President Obama will arrive on Cape Cod for his two-week summer vacation (Aug. 6 to 21) on Martha's Vineyard. Obama has summered on the Vineyard every year of his presidency except for 2012 when he ran for reelection. This is his last summer on the island as president.
