The Massachusetts Clean Energy Center,MassCEC, formerly known as the Massachusetts Technology Collaborative was the original owner of Falmouth wind turbine # 1

In 2005 long before the installation of Falmouth Wind I the MassCEC warned residential home owners that the turbines give off two distinct types of noise.

On page 14 of the Marion ,Mattapoisett and Rochester 2005 wind test study-The MassCEC warned : Noise considerations generally take two forms, state regulatory compliance and "nuisance levels" at nearby residences

The state agency went even further to point out the two types of noise as, regulatory compliance measured in decibels and human annoyance.

The material clearly describes two distinct types of noise of which we know today is the Falmouth wind turbines generating up to 110 decibels of regulatory noise in decibels and nuisance levels called human annoyance. Doctor Neil Kelly complete a study in 1985 through the US Department of Energy that showed the nuisance noise of human annoyance was low frequency noise.

The Town of Falmouth had been warned in writing the turbines are 110 decibels twice as loud as turbines used in Falmouth preliminary noise studies. The town hid the letter for 5 years
To make matters worse the warnings of two distinct types of noise regulatory and nuisance were never given to Falmouth residents \

The state and local officials clearly put the wind turbine renewable energy agenda before the health and property rights of citizens

On January 18, 2017 at a meeting in Buzzards Bay an aide to State Senator Vinny deMacedo told residents on video said "Massachusetts Officials Don't Care If Wind Turbines Make You Sick"
