Meet the Oak Bluffs Market Vendors

There's a new market in town—the Oak Bluffs Open Air Market, organized by Kathleen Cowley, which takes place each Sunday in Waban Park at 9 a.m.

Cowley hopes the new market will fill a need for Oak Bluffs residents who can't find time to make it to the West Tisbury Farmers' market.

“I know the people in Oak Bluffs are anxious to have their own farmers market down here,” Cowley said. “I know there wasn’t enough, it’s never going to be the West Tisbury farmers' market — that’s like the granddaddy of it all. But so far I think it seems to be coming together.”

Zinnias for You, Jane Lewis, Mr. G’s Hot Sauce and more local vendors will be in attendance for future open markets.
