Cash is a tiny (4 lb.) 9-year-old Chihuahua that was given up because the 3 year old child in the house was always teasing and bothering him. Due to this history, he is not suitable for a home with young children. He arrived on January 1st and was very scared and nervous so we think he will need a home with no kids under the age of 12. Once he gets to know you he loves to sit on your lap and be snuggled. If you give him a warm fleece blanket from the dryer to curl up in he rolls it all around himself so he looks like a hot dog in a bun. Cash's teeth were so rotten when he arrived that he had to have them all pulled. He can now only eat soft food (no dry kibble or milkbone type treats) but is already feeling much better since his mouth was very painful. He always used pee pads instead of going to the bathroom outside, so we are introducing him to going outside for walks and for going to the bathroom, but his new family will have to be very committed to housebreaking him.
