Civil War Walking Tour at Medfield's Vine Lake Cemetery

An historic walking tour on Saturday, October 15th, will celebrate 24 of the 53 Civil War veterans buried in Vine Lake Cemetery's Old Section.  At each site, a short story and ceremony will recognize the lives of these soldiers.

A single tour will be held that day, starting at 10 o'clock and ending at 1 o'clock.  Enter the cemetery's bottom entrance at 625 Main Street.  Park on the roads around the lake.  Climb the back steps to the Old Section.   Admission is $5 a person; students under age 18 are free.
