Author-Sportswriter Leigh Montville to speak Feb. 4 at Unitarian Church, North St!
Leigh Montville has written biographies of Ted Williams (who has a mild fishing-related connection to Medfield), Babe Ruth, Muhammed Ali, Dale Earnhardt, Evel Kneivel, and other sports figures. He was also well-known as a sports writer for the Boston Globe and Sports Illustrated.
Montville will be the featured speaker at the Medfield Historical Society meeting at the old meetinghouse, aka the Unitarian Church, 26 North Street.
