The following article "Harvest Alum Josh Foley Opens His Medfield Restaurant Today" by Dana Hatic May 31, 2016, was found on http://boston.eater.com/2016/5/31/11818390/josh-foley-opening-avenue-medfield

Avenue is ready to shower the suburbs in wood-fired dishes

A restaurant from an alumnus of Harvard Square's Harvest and San Francisco's Zuni Café makes its debut in Medfield today. Josh Foley, along with his wife Jessica (they met at Harvest), is opening Avenue, a wood-fired restaurant specializing in rustic New England cuisine.

The season-driven menu features items cooked in the restaurant's custom-made wood-fired grill and oven. There is an entire wood-roasted section of the menu, which includes items like a Maine lobster fra diavolo flatbread, chicken wings, and roasted Prince Edward Island mussels.

Hearty supper options range from cast iron skillet-seared Scottish salmon, angus beef bolognese, and wood-grilled coulotte steak. There are also assorted seafood starters (including raw bar options), as well as salads, roasted and grilled vegetables, and more. Foley's friend Corey Comeau (Stephanie's on Newbury) will serve as sous chef, as previously reported.

Avenue is located about 45 minutes from Boston in a restored historic building at 445 Main St. The bar opens at 4:30 p.m. today, and dinner starts at 5 p.m. The restaurant will be open seven nights a week.

Update 5/31 12 p.m.: Corey Comeau previously worked front-of-house at No. 9 Park and helped lead server training for Avenue and wrote the wine list, Foley told Eater. He will be working mostly in the kitchen. Additionally, Jason Babb, the former general manager of Grill 23 & Bar who most recently worked at Atlas in Atlanta, will join the team as general manager. Jay Murray, a friend and mentor of Foley's, will also help in the kitchen. Murray was previously executive chef at Grill 23.
