This event focuses on bringing community together, with a welcome from Town Historian Richard DeSorgher.

Medfield History Weekend offers open visitor sites, plus a variety of activities to help everyone discover, enjoy and appreciate the town's rich history! The list here provides information about the offerings on Saturday, April 25. There's more on Sunday, April 26! See times &amp; ticketing details for each item. Fun at the Forge: Fairy Walk is Medfield’s magical spring Fairy Walk, hosted at Bellforge Arts Center on the historic Medfield State Hospital campus.Saturday, May 2, 2026 - 10:00 am to 1:00pm 
Designed for kids, families, and anyone who loves imagination, nature, and creative play, the Bellforge Fairy Walk invites visitors to explore the campus grounds as they come alive with handcrafted fairy houses, interactive activities, live performances, and moments of discovery around every corner.
Guests can wander the Fairy Walk trail at their own pace, stopping along the way for hands-on crafts, storytelling, face painting (suggested donation), and playful surprises hidden throughout the landscape. Costumes are encouraged, curiosity is required, and the experience is welcoming to all ages.
