Conscious Living for Kids: 6-Week Class Series
Class series for kids ages 5-8 and 9-12 begins Wednesday, September 7, at Living Buddha Nature, an arts & wellness center.
Conscious Living for Kids is a program at Living Buddha Nature, an arts & wellness center on Route 109 in Millis. Among its offerings is Peaceful Warriors, a six-week class series designed to build confidence, compassion, mindfulness, self-expression, and many other health benefits for your kids. The next series begins Wednesday, September 7, and runs through October 12. Class for kids ages 5-8 is from 4:00 to 4:45 p.m. Following that is class for kids ages 9-12 from 5:00 to 5:45 p.m.
In the Peaceful Warriors class series, kids learn how to be consciously aware of their movements, breathing, and mindset through yoga and other physical exercises, and experience the benefits these have for their bodies, minds, and spirits.
Through storytelling and a “Peaceful Pebbles” activity (involving small stones that the instructor Diane has hand-painted with inspirational words), she will guide your children on an amazing journey that they will take with them for life.
