Current and Former Medfield BoS Members Endorse Joe Kennedy

The following was respectfully submitted by the Medfield Delegation for Joe Kennedy for U.S. Senate; Eileen DeSorgher, Siobhan Donovan, Trish Haskins, Becca Kornet, Chris McCue Potts, Colin Canavan, Robert Canavan, Michael Filosa, Cameron Mahler, and Steve Teehan.

Current and Former Medfield Board of Selectmen members endorse Joe Kennedy For U.S. Senate

The Medfield Team Kennedy delegation is pleased to announce that Selectman Chairman Osler “Pete” Peterson and former Board of Selectmen Chairs Richard DeSorgher, Mark Fisher, and Ann Thompson (Medfield’s longest serving [30 years] Selectman) have endorsed Joseph Kennedy III for U.S. Senate in the Democratic Primary to be held on September 1. Peterson and DeSorgher are registered Democrats; Fisher and Thompson are unenrolled voters.

U.S. Representative Joe Kennedy has faithfully and productively served 34 communities including Medfield in the 4th Congressional District since 2012. Joe Kennedy held annual office hours in every town in the district and has been a frequent Medfield Day visitor.

Early last March, Joe’s wife Lauren and their two children attend the Medfield Democratic Caucus at the First Parish UU Church hall.

EARLY VOTING HOURS at the Medfield Town Hall started on Saturday August 22 and end on Friday August 28.

Early Voting hours are:

  • Saturday - August 22 - 8:00am - 12:00pm
  • Sunday - August 23 - 8:00am - 12:00pm
  • Monday - August 24 - 8:30am - 4:30pm
  • Tuesday - August 25 - 8:30am - 7:30pm
  • Wednesday - August 26 - 8:30am - 4:30pm
  • Thursday - August 27 - 8:30am - 4:30pm
  • Friday - August 28 - 8:30am - 1:00pm

Sealed Mail In Absentee Ballots can be dropped off in the Green Drop Box behind Town Hall or mailed to the Town Clerk’s office by Tuesday, September 1.

Voting on Primary Day on September 1st is at The Center at Medfield, One Ice House Road, from 6 am to 8 pm.
