Driving Tour of Medfield State Hospital Preferred Master Plan

The Medfield State Hospital Master Planning Committee invites you to watch a narrated driving tour to see features and concepts of the recently released Strategic Reuse Master Plan for the hospital site. While riding in a classic 1967 Oldsmobile convertible, Gil Rodgers illustrates and explains how historic buildings would be restored and reused, how open space and scenic vistas are being preserved and expanded, shows designated locations for a cultural hub and recreational/athletic facility, and identifies proposed retail and commercial space including a possible site for an inn. He is being driven around by Richard Knights of the Modifiers Car Club of Wellesley.
