A Free One Hour Relaxation Workshop at Library is being offered for for HS Students feeling stressed out by exams? This special workshop will be led by yoga instructor and massage therapist, Jaime Fencer.
No prior experience with yoga is necessary. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat. Plan to come 10-15 minutes early -- it will help you relax before the class starts! Please let us know when you sign up if you need a mat.
