A little something to read and learn to give you a little break during this time of boredom during isolation due to the Coronavirus Crisis. A different "Medfield Historical Minute" will appear each day during the Crisis.
"In 1922 a school lunch program was established in Medfield schools for the first time by the Parent-Teacher Association. Sandwiches, cocoa, milk and soup were purchased by an average of 70 children a day. Before this time, students brought their lunch or went home for lunch."
