Just like CPR saves lives during a medical crisis, QPR is a free training designed to help save lives and is appropriate for anyone in a position to recognize a mental health crisis and/or warning signs that someone may be contemplating suicide (including family, co-workers, friends, teachers, coaches, faith leaders, first responders, volunteers, and paid staff).

The training educates participants on how to recognize the warning signs, clues, and suicidal communications of people in trouble and teaches skills to act vigorously to prevent a possible tragedy.
