Fresh off the potter’s wheel, by local artisans at Potters Place, are teabag holders, egg separators, earring holders and ring holders. These would be perfect gifts for anyone who enjoys cooking and finding their earrings and rings.
In support of Medfield History Day, the Dwight-Derby House will be open for tours. Learn how Medfield’s very own native son, George Horatio Derby, became nationally known and beloved by President Lincoln. Tours will be conducted on the hour beginning at 10:00 am with the last tour beginning at 1:00 pm. Tours are $5 for Adults and $3 for children and students over five. Children under five are free.
All proceeds will not only support local artisans but will contribute to the ongoing maintenance, preservation and development of the historic Dwight-Derby House.
