Toby is a very social cat who is always the first one to jump down and greet you when you enter his room at the shelter. He is very affectionate and loving at the shelter and loves to sit in laps. Toby's family gave him up when they moved to an apartment that didn't allow pets. It makes us so sad to see Toby lose his home of 10 years. He needs another chance at happiness. He is neutered and up-to-date on his vet care, and there is no adoption fee for him since he is a bit older and we just want to see this cat get a loving home.
