Hike the trails of the Noanet Woodlands in Dover
After a week of April Vacation, it is essential for us parents to take time to "escape" from the kid-filled whirlwind of activities and take time for ourselves.

This week, it may be dificult to justify a long break away from the kids. With Passover and Easter holidays adding extra excitement and preperations to the already busy April Vacation week, we here at Medfield Patch wanted to suggest a timeless activity that can be added into your schedule without deadlines, hours of operation and added expenses to this week's activities.
Consider taking some "me time" by hiking the beautiful trails of the Noanet Woodlands in nearby Dover. These trails are perfect for that sunny window of opportunity this weekend, while your kids may be off at a play-date or tooling around in the yard with Dad.
The Noanet Woodlands, located at Caryl Park on Dedham Street in Dover, is filled with a range of trails to get you inspired and invigorated this week. There is something special about taking a solo-hike ... without the children, you can really progress at your own pace. Skip the gym and head to the Noanet Woodlands for the perfect combination of exercise and natural beauty. It will be a Great Escape.
