Medfield Public Library EVENT - The Joy Of Journaling REGISTER NOW!

Join us for "The Joy of Journaling" workshop on Sunday, January 21st, featuring Jason M. Rubin.

In a world of overwhelming digital content, and social media apps that contort ideas and imagination into bite-size nuggets that are rarely insightful and never private, journaling is a creative and therapeutic hobby that allows for deep expression and rewarding escape.

Local author Jason M. Rubin has journaled throughout his life and will guide you in getting started with this highly rewarding, low-tech form of personal communication. In this safe, supportive space, you’ll also have an opportunity to write—and, if you're willing, to share—your first journal entry.

Please bring your own journal. Jason recommends getting yourself something nice that you'll really enjoy writing in, but any journal will work just fine!

Space is limited.
