Legion closing on 12/31/18...
The American Legion building on Peter Kristof Way will close its doors on December 31, 2018.
American Legion Building will be CLOSING on 12/31/18
The Legion will be closed permanently on Monday, December 31st, however, the American Legion Beckwith Post 110 will function and continue to do good works. "The Legion is bloody but unbowed and is alive....and it is not going away." said Legion Commander, David Conner. He went on to say, "Although we are closing our doors in this building, the plan is to eventually have a new home, and if it works out, the local Legion will be better and stronger than ever."
