Lions Present Chowderfest Proceeds to FOSI

At the December Medfield Lions Club meeting Lion Tony Centore presented a check for $2,000 to Bob Heald F.O.S.I. member. The donations represents the proceeds from the 2016 Eighth Annual Chowder Fest held in November. Mr Heald thanked the Club for their donation and noted that because of the Lions and other generous citizens F.O.S.I. was able to meet their challenge of a matching donation that put them over $90,000. Funds will be used to support the programs of the council on Aging.
