Please Consider Supporting the 10th Annual BLAKE RUN to Benefit the Blake Scholarship Fund
The 10th annual BLAKE RUN is a community event in which all students and staff are invited to take part!
The event seeks to foster a sense of community as everyone at BLAKE gathers to compete, or just enjoy a beautiful day and support one another. The RUN will take place in and around the Blake Middle School and High School campuses and surrounding neighborhoods, covering 2.1 miles on the morning of Monday, May 13th. Students may choose to run, walk or cheer on their classmates in the cheering section.

In 2015, the first BLAKE RUN was held and the proceeds were donated to One Fund Boston, to benefit survivors of the Boston Marathon Bombing. Over the following years the money has been collected and donated to a number of worthy causes, but this year, Blake has transitioned the fundraising to supporting those in need within their OWN community to ensure that all students and families have access to and participate in the special experiences (i.e., 8th Grade Washington, DC class trip and other field trips and activities) that make Blake Middle School such a wonderful
place to learn and grow.
The Medfield community is welcomed to consider making a donation to this year's RUN. Contributions of checks (made payable to "Town of Medfield - Blake Middle School" or Venmo @MedfieldTownwideP-PTO (please include Blake Scholarship in memo section) or via this QR Code:

Blake students will RUN, others will WALK and some will CHEER ON their friends! These students are welcome to donate an optional $10 registration "fee" which is earmarked for "The Blake Scholarship Fund."
The BLAKE RUN is a perfect example of a Blake community experience.
**Please note this is not a PTO sponsored fundraiser, this is for the Blake Scholarship Fund that benefits Blake students/families requesting financial assistance for fees associated with field trips and school-sponsored enrichment activities and experiences.
