Medfield Democratic Town Committee Announces Annual Caucus

The Medfield Democratic Town Committee will hold its annual caucus on Tuesday, February 24th at the Public Safety Building at 112 North Street. Doors will open at 6:30 PM and the caucus will begin at 7:15 PM. The meeting will be hybrid, with virtual access via Zoom: CLICK HERE!

During the caucus, individuals may run for delegate to the state convention on May 29-30 in Worcester. We can elect up to 8 delegates to the convention, and up to 4 alternates. Both groups must be roughly equally balanced by gender. (There will also be an opportunity to run as an add-on delegate; this process will take place after the caucus.)

Any resident of Medfield who is a registered Democrat is eligible to run for delegate and to vote for delegates.

Individuals who are not registered Democrats are welcome to register as Democrats at the door (please arrive as close to 6:45 PM as possible for this).

Those who are not registered Democrats or not Medfield residents are welcome to attend the caucus but will not be allowed to run for delegate or vote for delegates.
