Medfield Field Hockey Continues to Roll with 4-0 Win over Bishop Fenwick
Medfield goalkeeper, Carrie Cook, earned her third consecutive shutout victory Monday as the Warriors improved to 4-0 with a 4-0 victory over Bishop Fenwick.
The field hockey team improved to 4-0 this season with a 4-0 shutout victory over non-league opponent, Bishop Fenwick Monday at the MHS turf.
Medfield’s Carrie Cook recorded four saves to earn her third consecutive shutout and four different players scored for the Warriors.
Megan Tschirch and Emma Collins found the back of the cage in the first half to give Medfield a 2-0 lead at the break and Julia Redden and Sammy Stuurchio scored second half goals to put Bishop Fenwick away.

“Medfield kept the pressure on,” said Warriors’ head coach Mike Mason.
Julia Redden and Emily Zlevor each recorded two assists while Kara Pelosi and Tori Brown each added one apiece. Also playing well was Lauren Yancich, a senior captain on defense.

Medfield returns to Tri-Valley League action on Wednesday when it plays Medway.
