All snow helpers and volunteers must be at least 16 years old. Anyone interested in being put on the “Call List” for clearing snow this winter season or next year should contact Tilden Village Maintenance Supervisor Arthur Breed at 508-918-0512 or by e-mailing MHA at medfieldha@comcast.net .

As a MHA property, Tilden Village provides affordable senior housing for residents in 60 apartment units. Due to its structure as a Massachusetts state entity, as well as budget constraints, MHA relies on its two-person staff (one part-time) and hired snow helpers to clear the property during and after snowstorms.
