Medfield Lions thankful for community support!
Christmas Tree Sales are a huge part of the Medfield Lions annual fundraising, but it takes community support to make it all come together!
Lions Grateful for Community Assistance...
The annual Medfield Lions Christmas Tree fundraising event truly "takes a village"!
The Medfield Lions were forced to find a new place to sell Christmas Trees this year, as the Rt 109 Shaw's Plaza wasn't available, but the American Legion welcomed the Lions to use their parking lot and the Lions were thankful!
With 12 degree temps on the morning after Thanksgiving, the Medfield HS Lacrosse team, along with Coach John Isaf, arrived at 8am to unload the Christmas trees from the truck and assist in moving them into place for upcoming sales. With the aid of these student athletes, the process went smoothly and as quickly as possible. We also appreciate the coffee and fixings donated by Starbucks on such a cold morning.
