Medfield Memorial School 2023/2024 Kindergarten Registration

Kindergarten Registration for the 2023 / 2024 school year will open on January 17th and will close on February 10, 2023.

All students who will be 5 years old by August 31, 2023 are eligible for Kindergarten.

To access the registration materials, please visit the Kindergarten Registration page on the school website at www.medfield.net.

Please note the registration forms will be available on the website beginning January 17th.

In addition, please look for the Parent Information presentation link that will hopefully answer any questions that you may have. If you do not have access to a computer and printer, please contact Irene McNeil at 508-359-5135.

Please note all registrations must be postmarked by February 10, 2023 to be included in the Full Day Kindergarten assignment process (if needed).

Please mail the completed registration packet along with the required documents to : Memorial Elementary School 2023/2024 Kindergarten Registration, 59 Adams Street, Medfield, MA 02052 or place completed paperwork in the Blue Drop Box at the entrance of Memorial School during school hours.
