9:11am - Phone - Vandalism - Hatters Hill Rd - caller reports possible bb gun shot through a window in their home at some point over the weekend. 335 reports rock that was shot from a lawn mower, no issues at this time.

9:47am - Phone - Fraud/identity theft - Hillcrest Rd - caller reports unemployment fraud, claim already filed.

10:25am - Phone - Fraud/identity theft - Stoneybrook Rd - caller reports unemployment fraud, claim already filed with unemployment.

11:11am - Phone - Fraud/identity theft - Indian Hill Rd - caller reports unemployment fraud.

11:13am - Phone - Traffic - Marlyn Rd / Harding St - caller reports trailer parked on the corner making it hard to see around it. 339 notified and responding. 339 spoke to the owner and had cones put alongside it. No issues.

11:16am - Phone - Fraud/identity theft - Boyden Rd - caller reports unemployment fraud.

1:54pm - Phone - Fraud/identity theft - Sanders Way - caller reports unemployment fraud.

2:05pm - Walk in - Frairy St - party into the station re a pile of wood that was left in his yard. 335 notified.

3:30pm - Phone - Traffic - West St - caller reports he wanted to talk to someone re cars speeding on West St in the afternoon. He was told that it would be logged and he asked for the speed trailer and radar to be done. He called back and asked to speak to the chief.

5:14pm - Phone - Animal issues - Martingale Lane - caller reports she would like to speak to the ACO re neighbor's rooster. ACO notified and will call her back.

7:17pm - Phone - Traffic - Elm St - caller reports a tractor trailer unit carrying two levels of cars was on Elm St and almost ran him off the road. This truck was too large to go over the bridge. He would like extra checks re this issue.

7:14am - Phone - Fire Call - Main St - calling party reports a smoldering pile of mulch around above location. Car 3 and Sq 4 to investigate. Car 3 reports it is just steam coming from the pile. Both units will be clear.

10:41am - Phone - Fraud/identity theft - Pilgrim Lane - calling party reports false unemployment claim in his name. Filed with unemployment.

12:15pm - Walk in - Fraud/identity theft - Carriage Lane - resident reports attempted unemployment fraud. Call number given to involved party.

3:42pm - Phone - Fraud/identity theft - Rocky Lane - caller reports she wanted to report unemployment fraud. She already notified them. She was told to notify the police also.

4:15pm - Radio - Traffic Control - Medfield Town Hall, Main St - Car 335 will be out - traffic enforcement. Car 335 is clear, two citations issued.

7:52am - Phone - North Meadows Rd - calling party requesting assistance with a car lockout. 332 responding. 332 will be clear, unable to gain access.

8:07am - Phone - Fraud/identity theft - Lawrence Circle - calling party reports false unemployment claim in her name. Unemployment has been notified and ref number has been given.

9:40am - Phone - Escort - St Edward Parish, Spring St - Funeral home requesting an Officer for an escort from the funeral home to St. Edward Church at 11:15am, then St Edward Church to Vine Lake Cemetery at 12:15pm. 332 will be responding.

10:48am - Phone - Fraud/identity theft - Arnold Drive - calling party reports false unemployment claim in his name. Party filed with unemployment and was given a reference number.

11:15am - Walk in - Larceny - North St - party into the station to report stolen property. 330 notified and responding.

12:36pm - Phone - Fraud/identity theft - Pine St - caller reports unemployment fraud.

3:24pm - Phone - Animal issues - Brook St - caller reports possible rabid raccoon by the shop. ACO notified.

4:58pm - Phone - Animal issues - Main St - caller reports bird flew into their wood stove. ACO notified and responding.

5:48pm -Phone - Harding St - caller reports hit and run with property damage approx 20 mins ago. 335 notified and responding.

6:01pm - Radio - Suspicious Vehicle - Vine Lake Cemetery - 338 will be in the area for a report of a suspicious vehicle.

7:17pm - Phone - Animal issues - Medfield Post Office, North St - caller reports injured raccoon in road. ACO notified. ACO reports enroute to pit with that animal.

10:14am - Walk in - Fraud/identity theft - Flint Locke Lane - party into the station to report unemployment fraud.

11:42am - Phone - Traffic - North St / Pine St - caller reports speeding issue in this area and would like more traffic enforcement.

12:02pm - Phone - Fraud/identity theft - caller reports unemployment fraud of both him and his wife. Advised to contact unemployment.

12:48pm - Phone - Animal issues - Medfield High School - caller reports small loose dog running around the HS grounds. ACO notified.

3:38pm - Phone - Fraud/identity theft - Harding St - caller reports unemployment fraud, claim filed with unemployment.

3:51pm - Walk in - Fraud/identity theft - South St - party into the station to report unemployment fraud. Claim already filed with unemployment.

5:39pm - 911 Fire Call- E911 caller reports pine tree on fire by water treatment plant. E1, Car 3 notified and responding. Car 3 requesting a Box for Sq 4. Box 421 struck.

2:38am - Radio - MSH Buildings/Grounds - 338 reports a check of the State Hospital, McCarthy Park and the School buses.

9:45am - Phone - Burglar Alarm - South St - Alarm company reports residential burglar alarm. Entry/Exit mud room motion activated. 331 notified and responding. 331 reports vehicle in driveway. 331 reports cleaning crew. Proper pass code was provided. No issues.

9:47am - Phone - Fraud/identity theft - Erik Road - caller reports unemployment fraud.

10:25am - Phone - Wires/Trees - Homestead Drive - caller reports tree on wires. FD notified and responding. Car 3 reports nothing of immediate action at this time.

10:57am - 911 - Wires/Trees - Adams St - E911 caller reports truck just took down a wire connected to her house. Car 3 notified and responding.

1:16pm - Phone - Suspicious Vehicle - Memorial School - Adams St - caller reports 2 door red Chrysler driving around the MAP center and looked to be recording kids as it drove by. Extra patrols in the area. No plate given.

2:14pm - Phone - Fraud/identity theft - Wight St - caller reports unemployment fraud.

7:05pm - 911 Misdialed/Abandoned - Prentiss Place - E911 call came into the station. Spoke to the calling party who claimed she did not make the call and that she was not going to answer the door when the police officer gets there. Car 331 is clear, no problem at this address. Spoke to caller.

10:49am - Walk in - Fraud/identity theft - Winter St - party into the station to report unemployment fraud. Claim already made with unemployment.

8:30pm - Phone - Disturbances/Noise - Cottage St - caller reports loud music in the area of Rockland Trust Bank. Car 331 notified and will check on this. Cars clear. It was a neighborhood party and will be over in 20 minutes, they will turn down the music.

8:48pm - Phone - Near Medfield State Hospital - Longmeadow Rd - caller given report - a car dropped off 4 subjects and they went over the wall onto the State Hospital grounds. Car 335 notified. Car 335 is clear, 4 youths removed, also he spoke to one of the workers for the property re the youths.

9:26pm - Phone - Lantern Lane - caller reports kids rang his doorbell and took off. This has happened in the past. Car 331 notified. Car 331 is clear, GOA.

10:34pm - Phone - Miscellaneous Complaint - North Meadows Rd / Dale St - cell caller reports one of the Detour Signs fell over into the road. Car 331 will check on this. Car 331 is clear, sign removed.

9:50am - Radio - RR Crossing - Main St - 339 reports railroad crossing gate malfunctioning and causing traffic. Mass Coastal notified.

10:21am - 911 Misdialed/Abandoned - Preservation Way - Open ended 911 call came into the station. No answer on call back. 339 responding.

10:59am - Walk in - Fraud/identity theft - Green St - Walk in party reports false unemployment claim opened in his name. Already filed with unemployment.

11:06am - Walk in - Fraud/identity theft - Wood End Lane - Walk in party reports false unemployment claim opened in his name. Already filed with unemployment.

12:10pm - Phone - Animal issues - Noon Hill Reservation - MECC reports a female party found a dog at this location. ACO notified and responding. Dog owner was found.

8:07pm - Phone - Mischief - Green St - caller reports that someone was banging on his front door then took off. He is going to check his ring doorbell camera. Car 332, 331 notified. All units clear, GOA.

8:20pm - Radio - Suspicious Vehicle - Hinkley Swim Pond, Green St - Car 332 reports he will be out at this location with a car in the parking lot. 339 to back up. Units are clear.

8:21pm - Phone - West St RR Crossing - cell caller reports there is a train crossing the tracks and no lights flashing at this location. Train is stopped. Car 335 reports they are working on the tracks. Caller was told the same.
