10:59am - Phone - Fire Call - Springvalley Rd - Car 3 reports he will be in route to location for a CO detector sounding. Car 3 is clear, faulty detector.

11:42am - Phone - Fraud/identity theft - Pueblo Rd - caller reports that somebody filed for unemployment under her name, information logged.

9:20am - 911 Fire Call - Quail Run - Construction company reports they struck a gas line. Car 3, E1, C1, 339 and 331 responding. Columbia Gas notified. Columbia Gas on scene.

11:00am - Phone - Animal Issues - Causeway St - caller reports dog ran away corgi-beagle mix. ACO notified. Caller called back to report dog returned home. ACO notified.

1:09pm - Phone - Fraud/identity theft - Farm St - caller reports unemployment fraud. Claim already filed with unemployment.

2:06pm - Phone - Traffic/motor vehicle - West St / North Meadows Rd - caller reports load split in roadway. 331 notified and responding.

9:47pm - 911 - Suspicious Activity - Erik Rd - E911 caller reports male part on front lawn with a flashlight believed to be looking into windows. 335 nofified and responding. No description given. 335 reports area search negative.

9:53pm - 911 - Railroad Crossing - South St - E911 caller reports RXR lights are not activated as train is going through and no flares were used. Concerned for vehicles trying to get through the crossing. Wanted incident logged.

7:05am - Phone - Railroad Crossing Issues - Dale St - caller reports the RXR arms are not down and the train is going through. Mass Coastal notified.

8:13am - Phone - Fraud/identity theft - Maple Lane - caller reports unemployment fraud.

7:09am - Phone - Emerson Rd - caller reports she got a scam email from baseball team for the town requesting her to buy Amazon card. She will be in later to see an officer.

8:42am - 911 - Animal Issues - E911 caller reports car vs deer. Deer still in roadway. 338, ACO notified. Caller called back to report deer and car are gone. 335 cancelled.

9:23am - Phone - Fraud/identity theft - Flint Locke Lane - caller reports unemployment fraud.

10:02am - Phone - Fire Call - Pilgrim Lane - caller reports CO detector activation. Car 3, A1 notified and responding. Car 3 reports 0 readings, faulty detector.

5:15pm - Phone - Railroad Crossing - Main St RXR / Main St / Upham Rd - caller reports the train went through this crossing one of the gates was broken. Mass Coastal notified and enroute now. Mass Coastal reports the conductor called him to report that a BMW went through and broke the gate. No plate given. Car did not stop. He will handle the gate.

7:14am - Walk in - West St / Adams St - party into the lobby to report he hit a sign, no damage to his vehicle.
9:53am - Phone - Fraud/identity theft - Tamarack Rd - caller reports unemployment fraud.

10:15am - Phone - Longmeadow Rd - report of a Water Dept truck struck a mailbox in this area. If homeowner calls, direct them to notify Town Hall.

12:21pm - Phone - Wires/trees - Miller St - caller reports large limb across roadway. HWY Dept notified.

12:30pm - 911 Assist a citizen - Richard Rd -E911 caller reports he is locked out of his house. 339, 330 notified and responding.

12:48pm - Phone - Fire Call - Tamarack Rd - caller reports tree limb across roadway. HWY notified.

1:32pm -Phone - Fraud/identity theft - West Mill St - caller reports unemployment fraud.

2:40pm - Phone - Fire Call - High St - cell caller reports there is a tree crew cutting tree at the above location and there is a tree on the wires. FD notified. Car 801 reports pole 8/39 on the access road to the wells, pole #2 , branch on the wires. At 3:22pm C1 reports Eversource has two trucks at this location now.

3:09pm - Phone - Wires/Trees - Main St - cell caller reports a large branch at this location blocking the sidewalk. HWY Dept notified.

3:12pm - Phone - Fire Call - South St - caller reports a tree came down in her yard and took down the wires. FD notified. C1 reports cable and Verizon wires, house has power. All units are clear, cable wire cut. Homeowner will notify her cable company.

3:23pm - Phone - Fraud/identity theft - Eastmount Rd - caller reports unemployment fraud, she already called unemployment.

3:28pm - Phone - Fraud/identity theft - Eastmount Rd - caller reports unemployment fraud and he already called unemployment.

3:46pm - Phone - Fire Call - Pine St - FD reports they will be enroute to location for arching wires. A1 reports wire rubbing against the tree and sparking. Eversource notified.

3:55pm - Phone - Fire Call - Pine St - caller reports in the area, there is a down wire. State 40 is out there now. E1 is also enroute. Units are clear it was a cable wire, State 40 moved it to the side of the road.

4:08pm - Phone - Fire Call - Westview Rd - caller reports low wires at the location and an Amazon truck just hit them. FD notified. Fire Dept clear, should be okay.

4:17pm - Phone - Fraud/identity theft - Maplewood Rd - caller reports unemployment fraud, she already notified unemployment.

5:06pm - Phone - Wires/Trees - Pine Grove Rd - caller reports a branch is broken off a tree in her yard and is in the roadway.. HWY Dept notified.

5:17pm - Phone - Fraud/identity theft - Evergreen Way - caller reports unemployment fraud, she will be calling unemployment.

5:23pm - Phone - Fire Call - Pine St - caller reports a tree on fire in front of this address. Box struck, Car 335 notified. Eversource notified, pole 39/16 and 20/15, no ETA.

6:23pm - Phone - Traffic - North Meadows Rd / Hospital Rd - multiple calls re the line of traffic on Rt 27 and Hospital Rd due to the Haunted Drive Thru. Detail officer notified.

8:08pm - Radio - Traffic Control - West St / North Meadows Rd - Car 338 will be out for traffic control.

8:35pm - Radio - Traffic Control - Hospital Rd / North Meadows Rd - Car 332, 335, 339 will be in the area of the State Hospital for traffic control - event will be shut down at 9:00pm.

9:39pm - Phone - Suspicious Vehicle - Longmeadow Rd - caller reports a dark colored SUV parked on Longmeadows Road and he thinks kids got out and went onto the State Hospital grounds. Car 339 notified. Caller called back and SUV left the area.

11:00am - Walk in - Fraud/identity theft - Onondaga Lane - resident reports attempted unemployment fraud. Call number generated and given to involved party.

11:27am - Radio - Medfield Transfer Station / North Meadows Rd - Detail officer reports minor MVA, no injuries. Officer investigated.

2:12pm - Phone - Disabled Motor Vehicle - caller reports a tire changer on Rt 27 southbound.

2:15pm - Walk in - Fraud/identity theft - School St - resident reports attempted unemployment fraud, call number generated and given to involved party.

3:39pm - Phone - Fraud/identity theft - Carmen Circle - caller reports unemployment fraud, he will be calling unemployment.

7:08pm - Phone - Suspicious Vehicle - At the end of Longmeadow Rd - caller reports a dark car parked in this location near the State Hospital. Car 335 notified. Car 335 is clear, GOA.

8:18pm - Phone - Suspicious Activity - Medfield State Hospital / Hospital Rd - Worker from this location reports 4 cars parked around the property, near Bldg 2 and Bldg 11 and at the Overlook lot. Car 335 notified and is there now. Car 335 is clear, he spoke to the two workers and told them to stop letting people in.

9:03pm - Phone - Miscellaneous Complaint - Hearthstone Drive - caller from above area reports a group of kids going around smashing pumpkins. They did it also to his neighbors, no description of these youths. Car 331 notified. Car 331 is clear, GOA.

9:14pm - Phone - Grist Mill Rd - caller reports he was told about a large party on Grist Mill Rd. Car 331, 339, 335 notified. Cars clear, all is quiet on the street. Spoke to homeowner, nothing going on.
