9:28am - Radio - Traffic/motor vehicle - West St / Harding St - 335 reports checking on a complaint of debris in the roadway. Debris moved from roadway.

9:34am - Walk in - Assist a Citizen - North St - party into the station to report illegal dumping, 335 notified and responding. 335 reports its the cleaner, no issues.

9:38am - Phone - Traffic/motor vehicle - North Meadows Rd / Main St - 335 reports Tresca spill in the area. Tresca notified, 334 notified and responding.

10:48am - 911 - Burlary / Breaking & Entering - Robert Sproul Rd - E911 caller reports possible male party entered her house via back door from their deck. 334, 335 notified and responding.

2:00pm - Radio - Traffic Control - Main St / Robert Sproul Rd - 335 will be out for school crossing.

5:14pm - Phone - Fraud/identity theft - Pleasant St - caller reports unemployment fraud.

3:03pm - Alarm - Fire Call - Upham Rd - Masterbox 0062 activation. Box 421 struck. Car 3, C1, E1 notified and responding. Alarm set off from Apt stove. Apartment was ventilated all apparatus will be clear.

3:12pm - Phone - Fraud/identity theft - Johns Ave - caller reports unemployment fraud.

3:29pm - Phone - RXR crossing issues - Cottage St - caller reports tree across tracks. Mass Coastal notified.

3:53pm - Phone - Fire Call - Dale St RXR Crossing - Dale St - caller reports small pile of brush that is smoldering. C1 reports 2x2 area from welding that occurred earlier.

7:18pm - Radio - MSH Buildings/grounds - Medfield State Hospital - 331 reports property check. 331 reports school bus light trailer is out.

6:15am - Phone - RXR Crossing issues - South St - caller reports for the last few weeks when the trains go by, the signal arm does not come down and there are no flares and no one is getting off the train. Mass Coastal notified.

9:36am - Phone - Fraud/identity theft - Snyder Rd - caller reports unemployment fraud.

12:25pm - Phone - Fraud/identity theft - Granite St - caller reports unemployment fraud.

12:33pm - Phone - Fraud/identity theft - Lantern Lane - caller reports unemployment fraud.

1:33pm - 911 -Fire Call - Main St / Birch Lane - multiple E911 caller report mulch fire in this area. Car 3, Sq4, 331 notified and responding.

6:24pm - 911 - Vehicle accident - Main St / Trailside Rd - 911 caller reports accident with deer, no injuries. 339 dispatched. 339 reports motor vehicle okay to drive and he will be clear.

3:47pm - Phone - Granite St / High St - caller reports political sign posted on town property at this location.

9:27pm - Radio - Suspicious Activity - Richard Rd - caller reports someone in the area stealing lawn signs. GOA at this time reports 335.

2:34pm - Phone - Assist a Citizen - Stagecoach Rd - caller reports some sort of water issue outside of his house. Call made to Water Dept. 334 enroute to evaluate.

2:48pm - Phone - Assist a Citizen - North Meadows Rd - caller reports she is locked out of her vehicle at this time.

3:44pm - Walk in - Fraud/identity theft - Oriole Rd - walk in reports unemployment fraud in her name.

7:25pm - Phone - Traffic/motor - Pleasant St - caller reports someone blocking the fire hydrant at this location. 331 enroute.

11:17pm - Phone - Suspicious Vehicle - Medfield State Hospital - Hospital Rd - calling party reports vehicle has been parked in front of building 2 for the last few hours. No one around, would like it checked. 339 and 331 responding. Both units will be clear.

7:01am - Phone - Misdialed/abandon 911 - Gatehouse Drive - Abandon E911 call came into the station on call back. Spoke to that party and he stated that he sat on his phone and would not pull over so an officer could check on him as he did not want to be late for work.

7:24am - Phone - Traffic - North St - School Dept reports open manhole cover. HWY notified.
