Medfield Prepares To Celebrate Its 375th Anniversary

Medfield is less than two weeks away from turning 375.

MEFIELD, MA — In less than two weeks, the town of Medfield will celebrate its history when it turns 375 on Oct. 17.

To mark the anniversary, the town has planned various festivities, including a parade.

After the parade, which will travel through downtown, there will be a Party in the Park at Meeting House Pond, which is set to run from noon to 4 p.m.

Attendees will enjoy live music, food trucks and more as they celebrate Medfield’s history.

The fun doesn’t stop there, as the afternoon will include lawn games, face painting and a fire chief’s parade trophy ceremony.

Live music is set to start at 1 p.m. and feature different performers and styles, including rock, pop and swing-era music, giving everyone something to enjoy.
