Hinckley Allen is pleased to announce the promotion of Providence-based attorney Sarah T. Lemke to partner, effective January 1, 2017. An attorney in the Real Estate group, Sarah’s practice is focused on general real estate matters, representing regional and national landowners, institutions and retailers in a wide variety of real estate transactions, with a particular focus on the acquisition, permitting, development and leasing of retail development projects.
Sarah is a graduate of Middlebury College, where she remains active as an alumni interviewer, and Northeastern School of Law, where she continues to serve as a mentor to current law students interested in real estate law. Sarah is also a member of the Planning Board in the Town of Medfield, Massachusetts.
