MHS 2nd Annual "Phil Burr Senior Coffee"
On Wednesday, May 29th approximately thirty members of the 2019 senior class gathered for the second annual Phil Burr Senior Coffee.

MHS 2nd Annual "Phil Burr Senior Coffee"
On Wednesday, May 29th approximately thirty members of the 2019 senior class gathered at the O’Connor home on Tannery Drive for the second annual Phil Burr Senior Coffee.
Mr. Burr, a Medfield resident, took the time to address the future MHS graduates citing a recent Memorial Day speech and emphasizing the importance of giving back to one’s community.

Mr. Burr, a class of ‘47 Medfield High School graduate and decorated Marine, spent time speaking to the seniors, administrators, parents and support staff all in attendance. While enlisted, Mr. Burr received the Navy Cross and Purple Heart.
As members of the MHS class of 2019 prepare to enter the next phase of their education it was nice to see generations connecting in an informal, yet informative manner.
