MHS Annual "Putting for Patients" Golf Fundraiser on 3/16

The following letter to the Medfield Community and MAIL IN REGISTRATION FORM provided by the MHS Student Council.

Dear Medfield Community,

"On Saturday, March 16th , the Medfield High School Student Council and The Jimmy Fund are hosting Medfield’s Putting for Patients miniature golf fundraiser! All proceeds from this event are donated to the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, which is performing groundbreaking pediatric cancer research to improve the chances of survival for cancer patients around the world.

The event consists of an 18-hole mini golf course as well as a Long Putt Contest, opportunity drawing, caricaturist, photo booth, face painting, and concessions. It is a great event for families and kids of all ages! From past years Medfield successfully raised over $18,000 with this event!
The event will run from 12pm - 3pm in the Medfield High School gymnasium. Teams consist of 2 - 4 players. We ask that all teams start the course no later than 2:15.

Pre-registration can be done online or via the mail-in form on the next page and costs $15 per person (youth or adult) . Alternatively, day-of registration costs $15 for youth/students and $20 for adults. Entry entitles you to the 18-hole course, a try at the hole-in-one contest, 5 opportunity drawing tickets, and the photo booth!
